Born from a belief that every child deserves safe, inspiring, and skillful play, AMP was created to transform grassroots sports. We saw a system in need of repair—one where winning overshadowed well-being, and where too many kids missed out on the true benefits of sport. Our mission is simple: empower coaches, parents, and communities to design youth experiences where learning, confidence, and fun come first.
